Nettle Beer

2 big carrier bags full of nettle tops
3/4oz chopped root ginger
2 Lemons
2Kg Sugar
Water
Yeast & nutrient

Wash nettles thoroughly.  Boil with the ginger for 20 min, strain into a fermenting bucket with juice of 2 lemons. Add water to 2 gallons.
